Unopened and Undamaged Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Opened Items and Returns Beyond 30 Days
Requests to return items opened after purchase or unopened items after our 30-day return period will be handled case-by-case. Restocking or return shipping fees may apply depending on the time elapsed and the condition of the item(s) being returned.
To start a return, contact us at orders@realdealtoners.com and include the following information: Name, Order#, Reason for Return.
A reply email with return approval will be sent within one business day, including return instructions.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
In most cases, we will inspect your return and process your refund or store credit within five business days of delivery.
Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
